The Pitch: My favorite John Hughes film is this friends-to-lovers romance directed by Howard Deutch, featuring sensitive performances from lead actors Eric Stoltz, Mary Stuart Masterson, and Lea Thompson. Masterson's character "Watts" is many people's favorite Hughes character, and this movie features what in my opinion is one of the top 3 movie kisses of all time!
