Suspiria

Recommended by: Jen Howell

Release Year: 2018

Runtime: 152 min

Genres: Drama, Horror

The Pitch: Look, I also love Dario Argento's original 1977 "Suspiria." But Luca Guadagnino takes Argento's nightmarish, mysterious concept and creates a film that's equally horrifying and stylish, but even more complex. Bonus, this cast of witches is nearly all women, including Tilda Swinton playing three different roles to perfection!
